Adelaide Productions

Adelaide Productions is an animation division of Sony Pictures Television. Originally named Columbia TriStar Children's Television, Adelaide has produced numerous animated television series including Men in Black: The Series (with Amblin Entertainment), Channel Umptee-3 (executive produced by live-action TV veteran, Norman Lear), Jackie Chan Adventures, Project G.e.e.K.e.R., Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles, Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot (based on Dark Horse's comic book series), Jumanji: The Series, Extreme Ghostbusters, Max Steel (with Mainframe Entertainment, and Dragon Tales (for PBS Kids), among others. Adelaide has several animated programs in development for several networks' Saturday Morning line-up, including a late-night series for Cartoon Network's Adult Swim entitled The Boondocks (based on Aaron McGruder's controversial comic strip of the same name).
