The Adelaide Comets are a football (soccer) club from Adelaide, South Australia. Comets play in the FFSA South Australian State League. They play home games at Santos Stadium in Adelaide's west. They are new to State competition and used to play in the Amateur League. The club's ethnic background is Greek.

The Adelaide Comets was formed in 1994 and were known as the Adelaide Raiders Soccer Club. To avoid confusion with another local soccer club which plays under the name of "Raiders", the playing name was changed to Adelaide Comets.
