Acton Main Line railway station is a National Rail station in Acton in west London.

It is the first National Rail station on the Great Western Main Line out of the terminus at London Paddington. The station is served by local trains operated by First Great Western Link between London Paddington and Greenford. It is in Travelcard Zone 3. It has the unusual suffix of "Main Line" because every other point on the compass is taken up by other Acton stations.

Trains run about every half hour in the daytime, with no service on Sundays. It is the only station between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport that is not served by the new Heathrow Connect.
