The ACME Comedy Theatre is a sketch comedy and improvisational theater located in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. ACME was started by M.D. Sweeney and is currently owned by Travis Oates.

Its notable alumni include Adam Carolla, Alex Borstein, Fred Goss, Jackson Douglas, Lisa Kushell, and Ralph Garman.
