Achickal

Achickal is a small village in Kottayam district of Kerala, south India. The village's economy depends mainly crop plantations like rubber, cocoa, pepper, ginger. Points of interest include Udayagiri Church, and Ilamthuruthy Rock.

To reach Achickal from Ernakulam, catch a bus to Palai. Get off at Monippally. From Monippally you can reach achickal by hiring an auto, or by bus.
