Abu Abd-Allah is a the Kunya of both Husayn ibn Ali and Ja'far al-Sadiq. In Shi'a circles, "Abu Abd-Allah" during the Remembrance of Muharram usually refers to Husayn ibn Ali, while in hadith narrations, such as in Usul al-Kafi, it ususaly refers to Ja'far al-Sadiq.
