Above The Clouds is the second and final single off of Cyndi Lauper's album, The Body Acoustic.
The song features guitarist Jeff Beck. The soft ballad is dedicated to Lauper's son, Declyn. The song is about impowerment and feeling strong. The single did well on adult contemporary radio where it still gets a considerable amount of plays.
The single was released only as a promo for promotion of Lauper's acoustic album, The Body Acoustic.
