Abi Fry

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Abi Fry is a Brighton-based violist, playing with various bands including Flowers of Hell, Spaceline and Bat For Lashes, but most noted for her work with British Sea Power.

Abi has played viola on British Sea Power's second album, Open Season, and has performed live with them a number of times. Most notably, she played on the Club Sea Power tour of November 2005 – playing on a few songs including "Fakir", "True Adventures" and "Rock in A".

In April 2006, Abi played at British Sea Power's first concert since the departure of Eamon. The performance saw her add viola to a number of other songs, including "Carrion" and "The Spirit of St. Louis", effectively replacing Eamon's keyboard parts.
