Abed Theyab

Abed Theyab (or Abd Dhiab al-Ujaili[1] or Abd Dhiab [2]) is the Higher Education Minister of Iraq who is thinking of stepping down after the kidnapping and killing[3] of professors and students at the education ministry by militias dressed in police uniform. The event took place 13-15 November 2006.
