[edit] Film career
[edit] Anak Mami series
Mohaideen spent the majority of his film career under contract with Metrowealth Movies Production (MMP), a Malaysian film studio. His Anak Mami series of films, including the successful Anak Mami Kembali, were hits for the studio. However, Mohaideen's contract was allowed to expire after his last film with the studio, Main-Main Cinta, was a relative commercial failure.[2]
[edit] After MMP
Mohaideen's first film after leaving MMP, Bujang Senang, was a commercial success and made over RM 3 million at the Malaysian box office. His current project, an international action movie titled Dead End, is a joint venture between MySiam Ventures Sdn Bhd and Prime Film International Co.Ltd., in collaboration with the Thai film studio In Dream Production/Pechpanna Productions.[2]
