A New Era (Un Nuevo Tiempo) is a political party of social democracy in Venezuela.
Four members of Un Nuevo Tiempo were elected deputies to the National Assembly in the July 30, 2000 legislative elections. Un Nuevo Tiempo boycotted the December 4, 2005 legislative elections, so the following are no longer deputies in the National Assembly:
- Ángel Emiro Vera
- Jesús Salvador Alcántara Borrego
- Charles Luis Medina Urdaneta
- Omar José Fuenmayor Mora
The party's main leader is Zulia State's (as of 2006) governor, Manuel Rosales, who was also its candidate for the 2006 presidential election.
