Raggedy Ann and Andy: A Musical Adventure is a 1977 animated film from 20th Century Fox, directed by Richard Williams (also from Who Framed Roger Rabbit and The Thief and the Cobbler). It is the only film to feature the eponymous dolls created by Johnny Gruelle.

The film featured songs by Joe Raposo. It was not a major commercial success, and as of October 2006 has yet to be released on DVD.
