"A Little Time" is a song by The Beautiful South, and is the band's only single to reach number 1.

The single was the first to be released from the Choke album. The other two taken from the album did not share similar success: "My Book" only made it to 43 and "Let Love Speak Up Itself" number 51.

[edit] Awards

The video, depicting Briana Corrigan and Dave Hemingway was shot twice, the first recording being unsuccessful as the production cameras contained no film. The video won the 1991 Brit Award for Best Video, which is their only Brit Award to date.
