A Haunting is a television series on Discovery Channel that, according to its website[1] chronicles "the terrifying true stories of the paranormal told by those who experienced real-life horror tales. It is about people who lived in haunted houses." This show is rated TV-PG or 8+ in the United States and Canada. The following message may appear before the show: "The events depicted in this program are based on eyewitness accounts." This is what the narrator reads in the beginning, "In this world there is real evil, in the darkest shadows, and in the most ordinary places. These are the true stories of the innocent and the unimaginable". The narrator also says, "Between the world we see and the things we fear, there are doors. When they are opened, Nightmares become reality".
