A Death-Grip on Yesterday is the third studio album from the metalcore quintet Atreyu. It was released on 28 March 2006 through Victory Records.
It was leaked onto P2P and BitTorrent sites on February 24, over a month before its official release.
A week after its release, it had sold more than 69,000 copies and started out at #9 on the Billboard 200 and it has gone on to sell more than 210,000 copies.
