The plot used in this unaired pilot was recycled in episode four: Who Wants Cake?. The major difference between the episodes is that Jerri works at a nursing home in Retardation: A Celebration and interacts with Paul Dinello and Stephen Colbert as nurses. Who Wants Cake? is set entirely at Flatpoint High.
