A Bad Case of Stripes is a book by David Shannon published in 1998 by Scholastic Press. It is about a girl named Camilla Cream. Camilla loves lima beans but doesn't want to eat them because she wants to fit in. But she might have to go against her will to get rid of those nasty stripes which just keep getting worse!
