Captured Mitsubishi A6M5 Model 52, abandoned by the Japanese towards the end of WWII. Aircraft in flying condition were shipped on board of light aircraft carriers to the US (NAS Anacosta) and tested by US Navy personnel of the TAIC (Technical Air Intelligence Centre) to obtain information about design, performance, capability.
