A5130 road
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The A5130 is a road in the United Kingdom. It starts at Junction 14 of the M1 motorway and proceeds south round the eastern edge of the city of Milton Keynes. After crossing the A421 the 5130 continues past the village of Wavendon and into that of Woburn Sands. It then crosses the Bedford-Bletchley railway by means of a level crossing and terminates a short distance to the south upon meeting the A4012 just inside the village of Woburn.
[edit] Future
When the eastern expansion of Milton Keynes begins construction, parts of the A5130 between the M1 and the A421 will be diverted. It is presently unclear as to whether or not this stretch will retain the number or if it will be downgraded. For more information on the expansion see Expansion plans for Milton Keynes.
