A.C.T is a progressive rock band from Sweden. Their debut album, "Today's Report" was released in 1999, their second album, "Imaginary Friends" was released in 2001, and their third album, "Last Epic" was released in 2003. A.C.T's fourth studio album, "Silence," was released in October 2006 and landed at number 4 on the charts in their native Sweden. They are regular headliners around Europe, and have played venues such as the Sweden Rock Festival.
A.C.T's musical style is eclectic, but somewhat similar to Yes, Saga, Supertramp, Rush, Dream Theater, Styx, Queen, Kansas, Frank Zappa, Jethro Tull, Electric Light Orchestra, Genesis, Toto, and the Beatles.
