Motorway A1 (Croatian: Autocesta A1), is a motorway in Croatia. If completed, it will go from Zagreb to Dubrovnik.
The first section from Zagreb to Karlovac, was built in the 1970s, but more massive construction is ongoing since the beginning of the 2000s. Currently, section from Zagreb to Split is open with 4 lanes, with 2 exceptions: the Mala Kapela Tunnel and the Sveti Rok Tunnel.
The next section, from Split to Ploče, is currently under construction and will be open in 2008.
