Bay FM is a commercial FM radio station based in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. It commenced broadcasting from an old industrial estate in Corio, Geelong in 1989.
Soon after, BAY FM bought 3XY Melbourne and began simulcasting the music from their Corio studios. The ABA then demanded that they cease simulcasting and recommence separate programs on each stations.
In the mid 90's, BAY FM was purchased by the Cameron company (Grant Broadcasters, owner of K-ROCK Geelong) and was relocated to the K-ROCK building in the centre of Geelong.
It plays Adult Contemporary Music, featuring its slogan "More Music, More Variety".

Overnight, the station uses an Automated Playlist.
