Please comment on the talk page at Talk:Terence Tao before making any changes to the description of the Fields Medal in the article. Contrary to what you stated in the edit summary, the article did not say that the Fields Medal is considered the Nobel for mathematics. -- Jitse Niesen (talk) 23:43, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
