Good work on the 'motivation theories' page - it was a real mess. But can I draw your attention please to several pages that overlap significantly with this page, some of which already have reasonably polished content?
I did a fair bit of work on the following pages this week, but i have no idea how they should best fit together to minimise duplication. Motivational Theory, intrinsic motivation,Goal Theory, motivation, educational psychology.
I think, taken as a group, these pages need a co-ordinated edit maybe as a project or something. And I think combining the content motivation theories and Motivational Theory and re-directing one to the other would be a good start, yes?
The whole area of 'motivation' needs help in wikipedia - I was a bit shocked to find it in the state it was in! Good fortune! Mercurius 03:24, 21 January 2006 (UTC)
Although it may sound like I'm taking credit for someone else's work, but this was my IP address - if you compare it, IP:8... belong to British users and I too am British. It also appears that I edited the motivation theories article the following day. It was just that I was not logged in at the time (remember technical problems have occured...)
