[edit] User:Hexagon1

What do you have against me? *cry* :D Play nice next time though, other users might not find your edits that amusing. And there really isn't much point in stuff like that anyway - it's reverted very quickly. +Hexagon1 (talk) 14:04, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

LOL, HEX, OKAY. ANYWAY, I AM NOT "JOHNNY THE VANDAL". I'M JUST KIDDING AROUND. 14:11, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

Also, since you listed me among the Johnny Vandal accounts, i'd like to inform you that i only created "JOHNNY 3001", because Johnny 3000 was already taken and i wanted to impersonate him (it's not that difficult, you know):

  • to be "Willy On Wheels" you just wait 4 days and start moving pages to "x ON WHEELS".
  • to be "Communism Vandal" you have to add "WIKIPEDIA IS COMMUNISM!!!" along with a "Hammer and sickle".
  • and so on, to be JOHNNY you have to use a name like "Johnny (RANDOM)" to be identified as him.

So, i continued with "JOHNNY 3002" and "JOHNNY 3003", but "JOHNNY 3004" is the real JTV. I did not create "JOHNNY 3004". REPEAT: AS I PREVIOUSLY SAID, I AM NOT THE REAL JOHNNY. JUST A RANDOM USER WHO WANTS TO HAVE SOME FUN. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 82.52.22.129 (talkcontribs).

I understand what you mean, but there are people who get very mad when you edit their page, and the article space is totally off-limits because, after-all, we are trying to write an encyclopedia here! I don't think edits to userspace are that harmful if they're conspicuous and on just the talk/user page and not repeated. You wouldn't believe the mechanisms set up in the background of Wikipedia by the CVU. There's these chat-rooms that show live streams of suspisious edits and there's people continuously monitoring these edits - kind of like the Minority Report's precogs. Freaky indeed. But it ultimately means most such edits are very rapidly reverted, so even though the edits are funny - they're gone in like 4 minutes max. I hope you'll join us a legit editor soon, then you can make sub-pages (like User:(you)/(subpage title)) full of (almost) whatever you want, and leave a link to it on the intended target user's page. Well, see ya, it's almost 3am here. +Hexagon1 (talk) 15:59, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
