Let's please keep this issue on this talk page, to make it easier to follow. First of all, please don't change my comments: this is immature. Second, please don't paraphrase me and put my signature at the end. Lastly, when posting on someone else's talk page, please put your comments at the bottom - I've had to move your comments on my talk page because of this. Also, I could not find any evidence of Lbbzman deleting comments from his talk page; he just moved them to the bottom. If I missed it, please provide a link to it. [edit] Recap of recent activity

I wanted to put a post here to recap the activity of the last few days, for sake of having the record straight. 82.44.79.192, please feel free to discuss civilly once your block expires and this page is unprotected.

On June 4, 2006, 82.44.79.192 (talk • contribs) posted a comment to Talk:Larry David that was a personal attack. I subsequently warned him using {{NPA-n}}.

82.44.79.192's first response was to remove the warning from his or her talk page, violating the "Talk page vandalism" section of WP:VAND. I proceeded to revert his or her removal and added {{Wr}} to stress that removing warnings was a violation of policy.

Over the next couple of days, other editors--Kbh3rd (talk • contribs) and Supadawg (talk • contribs)--reverted the continued removal of warnings from 82.44.79.192's talk page. 82.44.79.192 did eventually go back and clean up his or her post to Talk:Larry David. However, rather than letting that be the end of it, 82.44.79.192 began vandalizing my talk and user page as well as his or her own talk page. I placed {{Wr2}} on the user's talk page as a final warning to stop removing his previous warnings. Other editors--Linuxerist (talk • contribs), Supadawg, and Adolphus79 (talk • contribs)--continued to fight his or her vandalism.

I reported 82.44.79.192 to WP:AIV seeking a block. A 24-hour block was granted by Tawker (talk • contribs). After the block, 82.44.79.192 continued to vandalize his or her own talk page, posting many kilobytes of buffer text, and changing other users' comments. I then sought semi-protection of the user's talk page. King of Hearts (talk • contribs) has semi-protected the page to prevent the continued vandalism.

This recap is an attempt to filter through all of the other noise on this user's talk page without having to go through multiple page histories. I am inviting all editors mentioned in this recap to examine what I've laid out, to edit as appropriate, and to certify. As I mentioned at the beginning of this section, 82.44.79.192 is free to respond civilly once the block expires. Please note, though, that continued vandalism will not be tolerated and will be immediately reported for additional blocks.
