[edit] Automotive edits
Hi there, and welcome to Wikipedia. We've noticed incorrect edits in the main body of Wikipedia, such as the non-existent Holden Cera, the non-existent Mazda Sandra, non-existent Argentinian Ford Sierra models and numerous others. Please would you confine these to the sandbox? We do, of course, welcome any legitimate edits. Stombs 05:23, Jan 9, 2005 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Pavel Vozenilek 00:17, 12 Jan 2005 (UTC)
What is your source for the Sao Capella edit you made on the Sao Penza page? I could find no such model. Stombs 23:09, Jan 13, 2005 (UTC)
I have removed your edit about the Chevrolet Senator being available in South America: at the time, it was the Chevrolet Comodoro and its related models there. Please confine your experiments to the sandbox, unless you can cite a source. As before, we do welcome legitimate edits and we notice you have done a small handful. The few legit edits you have made in Wikipedia are productive and helpful, but I must agree with Pavel above: any more vandalism would be grounds for banning. Stombs 14:11, Jan 14, 2005 (UTC)
Apologies for my vandalism. I will confine them to the sandbox. I am fairly new to this Wikipedia thing. Advice would be appreciated.
Please don't ban me. I apologise 82.42.151.164 14:13, Jan 14, 2005 (UTC)
- Thank you for apologizing, and I am sure you would be a very productive member of Wikipedia. I would suggest, before making changes, to open a new tab or window in your browser and Googling info just to be sure. The correct things you have added are great: the images, some of the more obscure info (when accurate), so we'd love to see more of that. You obviously have a talent for writing and for research and when your facts are right, you're definitely one to be applauded for adding them.
- Why not pop by Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Automobiles and meet some of the others working on automotive articles? I am sure they can provide additional advice, and I'm also sure they wouldn't mind hearing from you, too, since we have been quite concerned about the vandalism. Stombs 14:25, Jan 14, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Etiquette
FYI, it's considered bad form to delete or edit someone else's comments from a Talk page. I look forward to your future contributions to Wikipedia, and suggest that you create a user account so we can more-easily communicate. After a while, people with accounts become trusted members of the community, and we generally stop verifying their edits. But people with IP address names are always verified since there is so much vandalism going on. Anyway, welcome to your new productive role, and I look forward to seeing your edits! Please consider taking some photos of the cars around there (the UK, I believe) and posting them to their appropriate articles! --SFoskett 18:15, Jan 14, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Digital Spy article
Hi, could I ask why you keep adding comments about Digital Spy forums being a place 'dedicated to discussing obesity' and where over weight people and doctors discuss things. These things are clear not true and I keep deleting what you add, but you keep comign back and adding something similar. Please could you stop this. Evil Eye 17:45, 4 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] POV
Please stop adding POV tags to random articles. --Musicpvm 20:43, 13 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Locking pages
Only sysops can lock pages. The tag you put there did nothing so I removed it. If you want to become a sysop(admin) then you must create a user name, make numerous good edits, and then run for the office on a request for adminship page. That would be a long way down the road from now.Voice of All(MTG) 19:27, August 22, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] POV tags
Once again, why are you adding these tags to random articles? If there are actual reasons, please state them on the talk page when placing the tag on articles. --Musicpvm 22:29, 25 August 2005 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Musicpvm 22:34, 25 August 2005 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Musicpvm 22:36, 25 August 2005 (UTC)
I apologise for the POV tags - maybe post them in the sandbox?
- Yes, please use the sandbox to experiment next time. Adding random tags and pictures of fat mice to the Pussycat Dolls article is considered vandalism. --Musicpvm 22:42, 25 August 2005 (UTC)
Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! -- GraemeL (talk) 15:24, 26 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalism
I apologize for removing Fernando Rizo's page, should really use the Sandbox. How long before my block expires? Reply please! --82.42.151.164 20:56, 10 September 2005 (UTC)
One more thing. I'll get a login and make some good edits now. Sorry for previous vandalism. Please reply --82.42.151.164 20:59, 10 September 2005 (UTC)
I give up vandalism now. I think you've had enough. --82.42.151.164 11:11, 11 September 2005 (UTC)
Apparently, if you can edit that above, you must not be blocked. Take care.--GordonWattsDotCom 05:14, 13 September 2005 (UTC)
- Well dear gordon, any blocked user can still edit his own talk page at any time -- (☺drini♫|☎) 18:55, 6 October 2005 (UTC)
- Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. -- (☺drini♫|☎) 18:55, 6 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Any admins here?
We're dealing with a troublemaker. A newcomer might make one or two mistakes, and apologise: fair enough. But this cycle of repeatedly vandalising and apologising is playing some kind of weird game. It's time to stop being tolerant, and block straight away. 213.130.142.33 23:58, 9 October 2005 (UTC)
It's a shared IP. Tag added. --Astwell1986 09:04, 10 October 2005 (UTC)
The IP is a public one if you see the user page - be careful about imposing blocks. --Baynes1980 11:54, 10 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Stop it
Whoever is trying to gain control my account, it is not working. --AllyUnion (talk) 22:31, 10 November 2005 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
