I noticed you are known only as an IP address; that means you are not signed up. When you are you will get a username like mine. (See Wikipedia:Why create an account?). It only takes a username and password to sign up, no information needed (go to Special:Userlogin to sign up). Once you are signed up, you will have a recognizable name that others can use in identifying and corresponding with you. In addition, you might want to add yourself to the new user log.

Apologies. I've looked at the page an you're quite right the content doesn't match the heading. It's a good idea to not leave the page blank (at least put a place holder in) and to use Edit Summaries so it's easy to see the reason behind what you are doing.
