You have been blocked for a certain amount of time, as stated in the blocking policy for vandalism. To contest this block, add the text {{unblock}} on this page, along with an explanation of why you believe this block to be unjustified. An administrator will look over your reason and act accordingly.

Please do not erase warnings on this page. Doing so is also considered vandalism.

{{unblock}}

IP address is used by Birmingham City Council Education Network, they are the vandals, and I feel victimized by the system as this is a shared IP for the school and college.

We do realize this address is a shared address and that blocking it can affect honest users. Currently, this address is blocked for a week, which expires relatively soon. This duration is long for a shared IP, but the amount of blocking needed on this particular IP address in recent history (5 blocks within a week) makes it quite reasonable. Unblock denied. The answer is no. You are not autoblocked; your IP has been blocked directly. Please at least provide a good reason for being unblocked if you're going to request it again. JDtalk 12:17, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

Note: declined unblock requests may only be removed after two days or when the block has expired.

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | unblock | contribs) asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). This unblock request continues to be visible. Do not replace this message with another unblock request.

Request reason: "Shared IP address, I have done nothing wrong and at home have my own Wiki account that I use to contribute to articles on Wiki..."

Decline reason: "If you have your own account, you should be able to log in with it now. JDtalk 12:19, 10 November 2006 (UTC)"

Administrators: This template should be removed when the block has expired, or after 2 days in the case of blocks of 1 week or longer.
