75th Avenue (once known as 75th Avenue–Puritan Avenue) is a local station on the IND Queens Boulevard Line. There are two platforms, westbound and eastbound, with two express tracks in the center for trains that bypass the station.

The station is located in Forest Hills, Queens. It is situated between two busy stations with more service options, 71st-Continental Avenue-Forest Hills and Union Turnpike-Kew Gardens, and being near to both, its passenger load is relatively low.

For Sixth Avenue Line trains, it is served by the F line.

The E train provides service to the Eighth Avenue Line. However, on weekdays the E train does not stop at 75th Avenue in the Manhattan-bound direction from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and in the Jamaica-bound direction from 7:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.
