Anthony Kennedy, a liberal? More of a pragmatist, I think - and generally right down the center of the Court (bearing in mind that the last true liberal on this Court was Thurgood Marshall - can't even find a Justice who will say that capital punishment is inherently unconstitutional anymore!) - If you are thinking about contributing to Wikipedia for any length of time, I would really recommend creating a user account. It makes it a lot easier to track what you've edited, you can create a user page, and you can mark edits as minor, among other things. If you're not interested, no problem. It just seems to me that you've made a number of good edits and would make a good member of our community :). --mdd4696 01:42, 12 November 2005 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
