Please see User_talk:71.146.133.208. User signs themselves as "ELV" on talk pages and has made numerous dubious, POV or vandalistic additions shrouded as factual to historical articles in a manner that would fool someone who is not knowledgeable on the topic, and has not responded to the requests to stop on their talk page. Until "ELV" provides an explanation as to what they are doing either on their or my talk page I will continue to monitor their edits and revert where appropriate.
