Rather: "When Sojambi Pinola forgets to log in, his contributions may show up as this IP address. However, if he catches the error, he will usually re-save the work shortly thereafter under his name. Other Wikipedia writers may conceivably show up here, too, as he does not have exclusive rights to this IP address." How about that? If you post edits under this name on an article you edit under Sojambi pinola. This, then, is a sock puppet- much as you accuse me of doing. You can't have your cake and eat it too.Jonah Ayers

The difference, "Jonah," is intent. When I post under this IP, it is because I goofed. You will find that almost every time I have posted using this IP, I catch it later. Then I go back and resave the page under my name and take credit for the edit. I am making no attempt to mislead by using the IP name.
On the other hand, the majority of anonymous or "IP-name" users contributing to the Biff Rose article seem to be deliberately hiding their identities. When asked who they are, they remain evasive. That's the difference.
