[edit] Irish people peer review?
The additions and editions made on this page even within recent weeks - especily photos - has vastly improved it, to the better I think. Would you support it being submitted for a peer review, and help tidy it up/add some more? Fergananim 14:16, 22 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Michael Jordan
This message is regarding the page Michael Jordan. Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. --PS2pcGAMER (talk) 02:00, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
- I didn't revert it for vandalism, someone else did. I only noted that on your talk page. However, if you feel that he is a gay icon, then maybe it should be discussed on the talk page of the article. The Michael Jordan article is vandalized quite often. With wikipedia, it is quite common for IPs to list people gay icons or more often as gay when they clearly aren't. Even though Wikipedia feels that all users should assume good faith, it is often abused by anonymous users. Besides discussing it on the talk page (to let the other editors know your opinion), I encorage you to create an account and continue participating in Wikipedia. If you explained your position, people will understand that it isn't vandalism. Thanks! --PS2pcGAMER (talk) 02:14, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Lindsay Lohan
I have reverted your edit: The distinction is unnecessary, unencyclopedic, and unsourced. RadioKirk talk to me 18:30, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
- Should this website just say a person like Muhammad Ali is Black and Irish because the distinction of him being more black is unnecessary and unencyclopedic? 68.77.139.51 18:35, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
- Please tell me you're joking. If, for example, a person is born in Ireland to black parents, is he more black, or more Irish? That would be ludicrous. In Miss Lohan's case, first of all, there is no reliable source I've ever found (I've been a fan for years and have done a great deal of research) that says she's "more" of one and "less" of another; further—and more importantly—I argue once again that the distinction is triviality at its worst—unless, for example, a person is specifically noted for his/her nationality, as is often done with sports stars, it's simply irrelevant. That she's part-Irish and part-Italian barely qualifies, and then only because it's oft mentioned in biographies. RadioKirk talk to me 18:41, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
