From their base at RAF Mildenhall, the 67th Special Operations Squadron serves primarily as a air refueling squadron for the 21st squadron Pave Lows. In addition it is able to serve the same mission as the 7th squadron's MC-130H Talon II's.

[edit] Assignments

The squadron uses the Lockheed MC-130-P "Combat Shadow", which is the USAF special operations version of the HC-130. The most notable addition to this aircraft being its compatibility with night vision goggles, and as such, do most of the groups heavy night work. They also have the unique ability to refuel the groups helicopters in flight, making them a most valuable addition to the group, and the air force in general.
