The origin of this IP address
Hello Wikipedia. I use this IP address, along with hundreds of other people. I live in an apartment complex of (mostly) college students (not too sure on the number, 500+), and everyone here using the internet is assigned this IP address (horrible isn't it!? I'll be getting DSL soon enough here). Please don't ban this IP address from browsing (I'm not sure if that happens on Wikipedia anyway), but I strongly advise to ban this IP from editting any articles (as long as registered users behind this IP can still edit).
