...that by the statistics available for www.wikigadugi.org as of this date, 67.186.225.152 is the most frequent "visitor" to the WikiGadugi_Website by a ratio of 8.26 to 1 (3329 hits to 403 for the next most frequent IP address).

This is substantive evidence that this IP address is Jeffrey Vernon Merkey's current "working" IP address out of the several he is thought to use. -- talks_to_birds 17:29, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

It should be also noted that User:67.186.225.152 twice vandalized my Talk page with obscenities, claiming my user name offends the Cherokee Nation. In response I offered to let my (non-Cherokee) user name be changed if it really offends the Cherokees or anyone. I'm not sure if I can believe the claims of this "user", though.
