Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.
Currently, you are editing anonymously. You can continue to do so. You are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and write articles, but doing so will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 67.181.140.181). There are many benefits for logging in to Wikipedia.
Please note these points:
- Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
- Please use a neutral point of view to edit the article; this is possibly the most important Wikipedia policy.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do that.
- Do not add unreasonable contents into any articles, such as: copyrighted texts, advertisement messages, and texts that are not related to that article. Both adding such unreasonable information and editing articles maliciously are considered vandalism. A user who repeatedly vandalises articles will be blocked from editing.
The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, ask me on my Talk page – I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia.

[edit] Law degree
Please stop changing all instances of "law degree" to "Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree". "Juris Doctor" is considered jargon, and is not appropriate for most Wikipedia articles, per the Wikipedia Manual of Style. Kaldari 21:36, 25 September 2005 (UTC)
Also, the link you are adding is not the correct link. The article is Juris Doctor, not Juris Doctor (J.D.). Kaldari 21:47, 25 September 2005 (UTC)
Please stop immediately or your IP address will be blocked. Kaldari 21:51, 25 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Blocked for 3 hours
Due to your failure to respond to repeated warnings, I have put a block on your IP address for 3 hours. Please consider making more helpful edits than just introducing needless jargon into Wikipedia articles. Remember that the people reading these article might not be educated or versed in the field of law, and so might not understand the specific terms from that field (like me). When a more common term that means the same thing is available, it is preferable to use that. Kaldari 22:09, 25 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Request for mediation
The reason you were blocked had more to do with your failure to communicate than the contents of your edits. You are welcome to make any edits you want, but if someone has a problem with your edits you need to be willing to discuss it rather than acting unilaterally. Honestly, I thought you were a bot since you didn't reply to any of my messages and you were editing such a large number of articles (a bot is a script that automatically goes through hundreds of articles making the exact same edit). Sorry if my actions seemed heavy-handed, but without any reply from you, I was forced to assume the worst. Kaldari 18:48, 26 September 2005 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
