I moved the disambiguation template to the top as it tends to fit more with other disambigation pages, in that way. It allows for some continuity and lets you know immediately that you're not seeing a list page, but rather a disambig page. There's no set guideline on how to do a disambig page and my formatting is as good as yours, but the majority of other disambig pages I've seen have the message at the top. --ABQCat 01:06, 20 Oct 2004 (UTC)
