I don't have a rub against your night undergrad or grad programs. You've got a great school. VMI is just unique in that it's the only "classical state military college" out there today. When a VMI guy sees another VMI grad wearing a ring, you know that he or she was a rat at one point and was a cadet. It's something that is unique to VMI. I've met several grads from your school who have stickers on their cars and wear a ring, but were never a cadet. That is foreign to a VMI grad, but does not belittle your school. I'm pointing out a very clear and defined difference between VMI and any other state military college out there today. It only involves the uniqueness of VMI. By stating that we're the only "classical state military college" we are not downing your school, and I hope you don't view it that way in the future. Take Care. Marshall3 17:16, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
