Post: THis was not a test, because Ben is a celebrity around these parts and he deserved a place on this site. No this is not Ben talking in 3rd person this is some other random guy and both Ben and I know how to use Wikipedia correctly. He also has cancer and was one of his wished: to be on WIkipedia before he passed on.

Hi, your IP is constantly shifting, so it is difficult to contact you. Perhaps it would be a good idea to merge all of these small articles you've been writing into one article about sound mergers in English dialects. Let's discuss this at User talk:Pharos. And please register for an account so you're a little easier to contact. Thanks.--Pharos 03:03, 14 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia! You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and gives you many benefits, including:
- The use of a username of your choice, provided that it is appropriate.
- The use of your own personal watchlist to which you can add articles that interest you.
- The ability to start new pages.
- The ability to rename pages.
- The ability to edit semi-protected pages.
- The ability to upload images.
- The ability to customize the appearance and behavior of the website.
- The eligibility to become an administrator.
- Your IP address will no longer be visible to other users.
We hope you enjoy your time here on Wikipedia and that you choose to become a Wikipedian by creating an account. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have on my talk page. By the way, you should sign your name to your posts and comments with ~~~~. Also, since it appears that this IP address is sometimes used to vandalize articles. Registering would avoid any confusion with those editors. Just a thought. — Knowledge Seeker দ 05:32, 19 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Removing {Cleanup} Tag of Paul Bremer
You have accused me of vandalizing this article without merit. And I resent your accusations and your rudeness, hostility towards me, ill treatment and disrespectfullness for a human being (and especially towards women).
- Why don't you log in?
- Do you truly believe the article as it is now is of the quality that merits attention as an encyclopedia article? Do you really believe the article is well written?
- Have you found anything within the article that attempts to reconcile most of GEO SWAN's anti-American viewpoints with opposing views?
- Do you truly think the article is "neutral" in that respect?
- Do you think the majority of your articles on politics are standing on "neutral" grounds?
- Have you determined if any of your articles support "freedom" of choice?
- Do you support the idea of allowing others to "neutralize" opposing views?
- Have you actually experienced what it is like to live in a free society? Do you believe socialism and communism depicted favorably will convince an "empty mind" that society needs order, structure, control even domination if necessary? Is this not expressing personal opinions?
- Have you seen vandalism before?
- Do you think mythology" is vandalism? Do you believe fairytales is also a form of vandalism? Isn't a fairytale a form of deception? Isn't that a detioration of "order"? A blatant "lie"?
So, do show a little respect and consideration before you jump to the conclusions that I am the one posting "fairytales" and "myths" about an American diplomat. Ariele 16:06, 6 September 2005 (UTC)
- Ariele, I don't know the AOL user who removed the cleanup tag. But I believe he or she was correct to have done so. When someone puts a tag on an article they are supposed to go to the talk page, and explain why they put the tag. What is supposed to happen is that there should then be a discussion, on the talk page, on the issues they raised. Ideally, through this discussion, a consensus is reached, and a compromise is reached, or the original questioner decides their concerns were misplaced. If that consensus is reached, and the article possibly modified, the tag can be removed.
- But if the person who put the tag doesn't explain why they put it, then there is no possibility of reaching consensus. So, I think, wikipedia contributors should feel free to remove cleanup tags, and other similar tages, that aren't accompanied by a clear, reasonable explanation on the talk page. You --do-- have a history of putting unexplained tags on articles.
- Please try harder to refrain from personal attacks. I am sure that they are unpleasant for third parties to read. I don't regard myself as "anti-American". I think one can be critical of the policies of some US politicians, and the actions of some US officials, without being "anti-American". I would welcome you to find a civil way to open a civil discussion of any specific passage I wrote, that you feel is "anti-American" or otherwise biased. -- Geo Swan 19:36, 6 September 2005 (UTC)

With respect, MovieTome is wrong; Lindsay just wrapped Bobby and moves to Chapter 27 in less than two weeks; The Jetsons is simply not happening, especially if the film already is in post-production. Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! --Lightdarkness 03:22, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
