[edit] Thanks
Thanks for the heads up about Zenon Jaskula. You were right; the added Spanish was just a translation of the first sentence. I took it out, and pointed the editor to the Spanish Wikipedia.
I notice you've been making a lot of good edits, but that others using this IP address often engage in vandalism. Have you considered registering? It's simple and no personal information or e-mail address is required. — Knowledge Seeker দ 05:26, 19 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Hello Knowledge Seeker. I'm sorry for the delay in replying as I just recieved this message (apparently it's a long while before my computer uses this IP address). Thanks for the compliments by the way. :) I'm surprised anyone notices the edits or contributions I make, which are usally inconsequential, although I have been planning to get User Name. 64.12.117.13 06:21, 3 Jun 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Stop vandalizing Wikipedia (and stop blanking this page)
It is not acceptable to remove the warnings placed on other IP's talk pages, or your own for that matter. If you don't want to be associated with the messages left for this IP, register a username. And don't add nonsense to articles. I'm sure you already know all that. One more screwup and this IP will be blocked. Postdlf 05:32, 9 May 2005 (UTC)
- I have again reverted blanking of this page by 64.12.117.13. Also reverted vandalism to the User:64.12.117.13 page, although 64.12.116.197 (another AOL address) made the edits in question. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 23:34, 10 May 2005 (UTC)

[edit] The New Republic
Hi, would you please stop removing the Hendrik Hertzberg and Charles Lane wikilinks in The New Republic article? I understand that these links are currently dead, but having dead wikilinks in articles often encourages users to write articles. In any event, I hope to write short stubs on both in the next few days anyway. Thanks for your other contributions, and don't forget to get a username. - Jersyko talk 12:27, Jun 21, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Your wishes as far as my actions are concerned
I do not think it is a good idea of you to recommend other users not to defend their own proposal. Your suggestion is good for a laugh however. Did you seriously think I am going to stop defending my proposal because this (extremely strange idea) crossed your mind? I mean think for a second. Do you seriously believe I would have set up a proposal and stop defending it because an IP (from all possible users who think they need to interfere that is the most absurdest concerning credibility) suggest that?--Fenice 11:15, 16 August 2005 (UTC)

Welcome!
Hello 64.12.117.13, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, some of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.
There's a great page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Wikipedia Boot Camp, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!

Please do not add commentary and your personal analysis of an article into Wikipedia articles, as you did at Gary Glitter. Doing so violates Wikipedia's NPOV rules and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. EvocativeIntrigue 16:59, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
I reverted another change to the Gary Glitter article. While a significant improvement over what you did before, it's still not the kind of thing that belongs in an encyclopedia. If your goal is to get something in wikipedia that wishes him luck, I don't think that's going to end up working. However, if you have something substantive to say about his appeal process, that is deeper than "some people think he should go to jail, some don't", then by all means add it. Feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Also, since you're an AOL user, I recommend registering an account, since otherwise it is very difficult for other wikipedians to leave you messages.
