Also, edit summaries like this: 00:06, Mar 30, 2005 (hist) (diff) Wikipedia:Wikiquette (Reverted edits by NCdave to last version by SebastianHelm. Any further edits by NCDave should also be reverted.) are entirely unacceptable. You have no right to issue instructions that all further edits made by a particular editor be reverted. The policy is that redirects should be deleted if they are offensive. While Smirking Chimp and Commander Codpiece clearly are, Slick Willy is borderline. I believe it's offensive, but I can see others arguing that the name is now very widespread. However, if it were up to me, I'd delete Slick Willy too. The point of a redirect is to help people to find articles, but anyone typing in Slick Willy knows that this is Bill Clinton, so the redirect doesn't help. The other problem with Smirking Chimp is that it's the title of a blog. SlimVirgin (talk) 22:49, Apr 10, 2005 (UTC)
Most of the admins who responded seemed to agree that these were not legitimate redirects, so I've deleted Smiling Chimp again; and the other remains deleted. SlimVirgin (talk) 00:47, Apr 11, 2005 (UTC)
