[edit] Your edits to Christopher Parker
Hello. I've noticed you've replicated the content of the article in its talk page. Please don't do this - the talk pages are used to discuss the article, rather than simply mirroring the article's content. Thanks. :) --Sanguinus 11:41, 22 September 2005 (UTC)
- Further, and more importantly, it seems that the content of the article on Christopher Parker was copied verbatim from Parker's official website. I have removed the content, as the copyright information on that website states that the text may not be used elsewhere. Please do not post articles containing copyrighted text. --Sanguinus 11:57, 22 September 2005 (UTC)
Can you please take note of the message left for you by Sanguinus with regard to copying and pasting verbatim from Chris's website: it's not allowed and it's not actually that encyclopedic either. As you have been asked not to do this before this is your first warning not to do it. Please stop. -- Francs2000 16:49, 22 September 2005 (UTC)
You keep on removing information from the article relating to Parker's suicide attempt over tabloid rumours of homosexuality. Please do not do this. Parker himself has confirmed that he attempted suicide by cutting his wrists, and that it was caused because of tabloid newspaper articles claiming that he had paid a girl to say she slept with him. Feel free to remove the information that states he later confirmed that he was gay, because I have not been able to find any sources backing that up. However, as I have said earlier in this comment, sources do exist which confirm his suicide attempt and the reasons behind it, so that information should remain. Thanks, --Sanguinus 17:09, 22 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Dominion of Melchizedek
Please refrain from vandalising the above article by reverting to an outrageously POV version and falsely describing it as "NPOV" in the edit summary. Wikipedia does not exist to promote eccentric minority opinions unsupported by documentary sources - but to document them. You'd do well to understand the difference. The current version of the article does the latter, and is supported by a general consensus of editors.--Gene_poole 03:51, 27 September 2005 (UTC)

You added the link to Ijtihad.org in the wrong place.... also, Ijtihad.org is not about Ijtihad in the least really, it might be an attempt to apply the concept but that does not mean it should be linked. You might have a chance to link it from Muqtedar Khan whom, while not being the most notable is a member of the Brookings Institute and has a published book (not from a huge press, but not from vanity press either). Also, just curious why you added that link if you have any connection with the Dr. Khan? gren グレン 21:01, 2 October 2005 (UTC)

Please do not add material about Spanish parties to the articles on non-Spanish parties with similar names. [edit] Issues with blocks and/or vandalism
A note, this IP address seems to be the source IP for a Wiki vandal - it is based out of a FedEx Kinko's ship center, and is my workplace. It probably is static, per an above comment. I am unable to pinpoint the cause due to access restrictions (I am not superuser here), but as near as I can tell, I am the only person who will access, let alone edit, Wikipedia from this location. Any suggestions would be appreciated, but until this is dealt with, do what you have to. In the meantime, be it known that it is not me who is doing this - and the occasional anon edit is owing to that I had forgotten to log in. =^_^= --Dennis The TIger 00:06, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
- This IP address is probably shared with many workstations (both rental and Kinko employee) using NAT, so appears to represent several users. The publically-rented workstations are particularly susceptible to vandalism, in an attempt by frequent vandals to hide their identity.
