This IP address, 62.252.32.13, is registered to NTL cdif-cache-3.server.ntli.net and is shared by multiple users. Comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking.
In the instance of vandalism, please report it to abuse@ntlworld.com, rather than blocking the IP. If there are any further instances of vandalism using this IP address, please email full details of the vandalism to the abuse address, or report it at http://www.ntlworld.com/netreport/.
If you are an unregistered user operating from this address, note that this need not necessarily be the IP address of your machine. In many cases, it turns out to be the IP address of a proxy server that communicates between your browser and the Wikimedia servers. Such proxies are shared among a huge number of users compared to the number of persons using your particular machine. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself.

Please do not sign your edits in articles. The fact that you edited that article is recorded in the article history - and if you login with a username your name can be displayed instead of the IP address. andy 17:30, 17 Feb 2005 (UTC)

I would particularly emphasise the point about logging in – signing in the edit summary is not really what it's there for. Cheers.

Look - while we may agree with your opinions on Michael Howard and Margaret Thatcher, you are not permitted to violate Wikipedia's NPOV policy, nor to insert personal opinions into articles. Such edits will be removed and you may be barred from editing for a time for vandalism. -- Arwel 5 July 2005 23:33 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
