[edit] No longer in circulation

This 1000 peso bill was withdrawn from Mexican circulation in 1990. With the changeover to the current Nuevo Peso, could the bill still be considered "fair use"? Public domain? --Merkurix 14:27, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
