[edit] Curse of Keith Hernandez

Hey 4.18GB (nice name). It looks like Curse of Keith Hernandez was recreated, but it's already been speedy deleted as a recreation of previously-deleted content. If this gets recreated again, it can probably be speedy-deleted again. Cheers, Deathphoenix ʕ 18:55, 11 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Tags

Hi -- just for reference, {{deletedpage}} is a tag admins use to mark pages that have been protected against recreation. For speedy deletions, try one of these: Category:Speedy deletion templates
Thanks -- Omicronpersei8 (talk) 03:06, 12 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion tags

When doing new page patrol, please place the speedy deletion tag at the top of the existing article. Do not blank the article's content. Thanks! -- Merope Talk 02:55, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

When doing new page patrol, please pay more attention to the articles. For example, if they have an interwiki to another wiki with longer article, if a Google search turns hits, and if they were created by an experienced editor whom perhaps should be contacted first and asked to expand the article if you are dissatisfied with it. [edit] ...

You didn't put it under the votes for deletion so it's just a tag there. stop trying to act like an admin. you can't even remeber to sign your posts. --Pumpkin Pie 20:39, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Stop fronting. --Pumpkin Pie 20:47, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

White girl doesn't understand black slang? to bad bitch. --Pumpkin Pie 20:50, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

you didn't use proper grammar either. you said "Stop calling me out". That's slang too ho. Pumpkin Pie 20:54, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

u are not an admin. u can't block me. and I don't care if i get blocked. You're one of those retarded wanna-be s--Pumpkin Pie 20:59, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Dumb bitch. I see ur a little white girl girl so you don't know anything about slang. You probably don't even know what "GD" is. Or "Squad Up". u need to find out what those words mean 1st. --Pumpkin Pie 21:05, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Why are laughing? GD has somethin' to do with a gang. A gang could find out where u live and beat yo' ass. and "Squad Up" is quote people say whichs means get ready to fight. Watch, when i find out where you live I could jump yo ass. --Pumpkin Pie 21:12, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

I don't care. --Pumpkin Pie 21:18, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Maybe. as long as you stop correnting and annoying me. --Pumpkin Pie 00:23, 15 October 2006 (UTC)

No. I don't want to be ur friend. bitch --Pumpkin Pie 00:53, 15 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] AfD for DJ Webstar

Hey, I realized you were having some trouble with creating the AfD page for DJ Webstar so I did it for you.

See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/DJ Webstar. Add your reason for deleting the page, by the way. Nishkid64 21:22, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

No problem. I just wanted to tell you that Wikipedia is not the same as Encyclopedia Brittanica. We have articles on a wide variety of subjects. I personally think DJ Webstar's article should remain on Wikipedia because he passes WP:MUSIC criteria. "Has had a charted hit on any national music chart, in at least one large or medium-sized country." Nishkid64 21:31, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Prod and AFD

With a couple hundred articles hitting AFD a day, the last thing we want to do is add to the total. If an article has been Prod'ed (proposed for deletion) it will get automatically deleted in five days if no one removes the tag. Therefore it's a waste of everyone's time to take it to AFD if you don't have to. Prod should always be the first attempt. Only take it to AFD if the Prod tags get removed. [edit] Us?

Hi -

It's being suggested that you and I are the same person (sock puppets) in this discussion. Not sure how to counter it - we've obvious both got different edit histories etc and I suspect it is being used as a distraction by someone (User:70.19.97.253) who is themselves involved in sockpuppetry. [edit] Deletion tags

You seem to be summarily adding deletion tags to articles without doing research. Just because you haven't heard of something doesn't mean it's automatically non-notable. JIP | Talk 14:25, 24 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Warning Removal

Please do not remove warning tags from your talk page. This is a violation of Wikipedia policy and could lead to you being banned. --Kf4bdy talk contribs 19:18, 25 October 2006 (UTC)

There is no such policy. You can remove warnings if you want to, but it is considered more appropriate to archive them instead of just deleting them. Sarah Ewart (Talk) 00:56, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] hey pal

dont delete my articles lol omg --PhilDNC 21:58, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

  • dude youre uncool lol omg --PhilDNC 22:02, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] The Hothouse

I removed the speedy. It wan't valid as that type is for people only and not for plays. Also the play in question is by Harold Pinter and is therefore notable. Cheers. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 01:14, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

It's done jimfbleak 06:17, 28 October 2006 (UTC). Incidentally, what's with the Pumpkin Pie stuff above? Has any action been taken? jimfbleak 06:43, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

OK, I've checked the block log, PP seems to have got off very lightly with a single 24-hour block. Please let me know if there is any repetition, and I'll put a much longer block on this unpleasant person. jimfbleak 06:49, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alicia Warrington

If you withdrew your nomination for deletion, please tag Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alicia Warrington with {{db-owner}} to have an administrator delete it. Also, don't forget to delist it from the log. Thanks. -- ReyBrujo 17:29, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] afd

I will see what I can do man. Has it been nominated before? What was the outcome? Chris Kreider 00:03, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

Instead of using {{subst:AFD}} use {{subst:AFDx|second}}. Blank out the current AFD tag and try that. You can take it from there. Fan-1967 00:08, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
looks like I got to it at the same time you did. I added the prper entry to the afd page and cast my nominatin! Thanks for the good work ya do! Chris Kreider 00:16, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] AfD help

Good hello. I've nominated several list of songs... articles for deletion but some have been listed before and the AfD page just displays the previous closed debate. I used subst. afdx|second, but now I'm lost. Any ideas? Cheers. L0b0t 14:13, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

Belay mt last. Someone fixed it for me while I was trying to figure it out. Cheers.L0b0t 14:23, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Carmen Gray

I think that the references on Carmen Gray now are enough to prove notability. Even if you can't read Finnish, the reference pages are recognizable reviews of the band's album. Could you please take another look at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Carmen Gray? --TruthbringerToronto (Talk | contribs) 18:03, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re : Devajyoti Ray, Pseudorealism, In Despair

Done. Next time, just tag them with {{deleteagain}}. - Cheers, Mailer Diablo 00:30, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
