It was originally released on white vinyl in a clear plastic wrapper with no identifying lables of any kind.

The song deals with the realisation that after living for 40 years, a persons life is essentially over, with work and family commitments taking over where innocent love and other, more enjoyable things once were.
The single earned TISM recognition as their earlier single Defecate On My Face was very infrequently played on radio, if at all. Where this single was quite radio friendly.
