3rd World Science Fiction Convention

3rd World Science Fiction Convention (Worldcon) was Denvention I, which was held in Denver, USA, 1941. This was the last Worldcon before there was a break in the annual tradition due to the World War II. The next Worldcon was held 1946.
The guest of honour at the third Worldcon was Robert A. Heinlein, who gave a speech entitled "The Discovery of the Future".
