38083 Rhadamanthus (formerly known as (38083) 1999 HX11) is a trans-Neptunian object. It was discovered in 1999 by the Deep Ecliptic Survey. It is classified as a plutino, which means that it is in a 3:2 orbital resonance with Neptune, similar to that of Pluto.

It is named after the Greek mythological figure Rhadamanthus.
